Meade High School's girls basketball team played Syracuse High School on Thursday January 21, 2016 at Dennis Perryman Athletic Complex on the campus of the Garden City Community College during the 2016 Hi-Plains League Basketball Tournament. The Lady Buffaloes defeated the Bulldogs 56 - 24.
